The managing partner, Ms. Janet Medina, gave a seminar workshop to all the teachers on 7 Laws of the Teacher where the Law of the HEART is key to their advocacy for Emotional Quotient (EQ) development starting at the primary level. She also spoke to more than 600 parents and guardians of students enrolled at the college on EQ where all parents had the chance to look inside and reflect on their own EQs to better prepare their children to succeed in their relationships with them and with people in school, in the society and in the global community.
We gave a seminar on EQ in the Workplace to faculty and staff of nursings students at Lyceum University of Batangas.

STI College Davao is the school where Ms. Janet Medina, the managing partner of Pacesetters, conducted the research paper on Listening that got a 1.0 grade at the 5th University of the Philippines - University of Southeastern Philippines (USEP) where she took her Masters degree. The paper was presented during the 4th CELC International Symposium at the National University of Singapore in May of 2013.
